1. Parcels will be deliveryed from Hong Kong or China.
   Normally it takes 2 weeks to 1 month to US, UK, Europe, etc. If still haven't receive your parcel after 1 month, then please go to the nearest Post Office from your address to check it first. And contact us immediately if there is no your parcel after checking.

   Currently Hong Kong post office have restrictions on sending liquid items internationally, if you want to purchase liquid ticket or liquid circle stand, we can only ship it out from China and it will take longer time to arrive.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order.
