1. Current Processing Time: 10-16 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
2. Please note that there is a longer processing time since some of the products need to be ordered the from the artist. Usually it takes 14-21 days. By any chance, if the product has already been sold out, we will promptly reach out to you for a refund.
3. If you would like to order a custom product, there will be a processing time for around 14-21 days.

1. Parcels will be deliveryed from Hong Kong or China.
   Normally it takes 2 weeks to 1 month to US, UK, Europe, etc. If still haven't receive your parcel after 1 month, then please go to the nearest Post Office from your address to check it first. And contact us immediately if there is no your parcel after checking.

   Currently Hong Kong post office have restrictions on sending liquid items internationally, if you want to purchase liquid ticket or liquid circle stand, we can only ship it out from China and it will take longer time to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted on items purchases made through our platform. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
